Website enquiries

When you use our enquiry form, we ask for your name, email address, area of interest and the project details you choose to share. Your company name is optional. Providing personal information is voluntary, but the form needs a name, a valid email address and a project description so that we can process and respond to your enquiry.

How enquiry details are used

We use these details to review your enquiry, respond to you and discuss the opportunity you raise. Enquiries are emailed to designated team members at Voltage X who handle Immersive Avenue enquiries, and may become part of our business correspondence about your request.

The website uses GoDaddy hosting and WordPress to process the form, and business email services to deliver and handle messages. These service providers may process enquiry details and technical connection information as part of operating the website and delivering mail.

For spam prevention, the form uses a temporary coded reference derived from the connection’s IP address to limit repeated submissions. This reference has a one-hour expiry. Submitting the form does not automatically subscribe you to a marketing list.

Access, correction and privacy queries

You can request access to or correction of personal information you have provided by writing to the Immersive Avenue enquiry team at experiences@immersive-avenue.com, or at Room 2502-2503, 25/F, 88 Hing Fat St, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. You can use the same contact details for questions about an enquiry record or its removal.
